There is a certain percent of immigration united states government allows from different countries each year. I would be interested in finding out how the percentage is figured out. Do countries that have more people normally going to the United States have a higher percentage than a country that has fewer people going? I have been trying to get a visa to the United States from Uruguay for 3 years now, is this normal? I would like to find out if maybe I am dong something wrong with all the paperwork. There is nothing for me here, I really would like the chance to get out.
