For small children, the bladder size is close to 4 by 13 centimeters with a maximum arm circumference of 17 centimeters. For lean adults and medium-sized children, it usually measures 10 by 18 centimeters, the circumference of which is about 26 centimeters.
Its size in most adults is 12 by 26 centimeters with a circumference of 33 centimeters. In obese adults, this organ is a bit bigger, measuring 12 by 40 centimeters. The maximum arm circumference is 50 centimeters.
